Returning Goods

We hope you will be happy with everything you buy from Cotton and Pearl, but if not you are entitled to a product refund up to 14 days from receipt.  The returned product must be new, in perfect condition and complete with tags.  Please contact us at office@cottonandpearl.com with your details and reason for requesting a refund.  Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.  All return items should be sent to our dispatch address.

Please return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch.  We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.  Please note that return postage cannot be refunded.  Refunds are always credited to the original method of payment.

We will do our best to process refunds as quickly as possible and will send you an email to confirm that the refund has been made.


Legal Statements

Cotton and Pearl’s full liability for any claim arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Cotton and Pearl to the customer.

Cotton and Pearl cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on the website, catalogue or on the product.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
