We offer first class recorded delivery on items up to 0.1kg within the UK.

Packges above 0.1kg are sent by recorded courier delivery to UK addresses.

If your purchase is in stock will aim to dispatch your order within one working day of receiving payment.

Items above 0.1kg will be delivered within 2 working days from dispatch.

We will contact you if there is delay in dispatching your order.

Delivery options

We deliver via a 2-3-day courier service for our parcel delivery within the UK (both signed for and not signed for options are available). Delivery instructions are at your own risk (for example if you select a parcel delivery with no signature required we cannot be held responsible once it has been dispatched, the same stands for instructions to leave a parcel in a specific place). For all our orders (except greeting cards which are standard Royal Mail) the courier will make three attempts to deliver. You will receive an email from notifying you that your order has been processed, then another when it has been dispatched (with a tracking code if applicable to your order).

Express Service

If you would like to discuss an express service please email us before placing your order on office@cottonandpearl.com and let us know which products you would like to buy and when you require delivery. This will enable us to see if we can offer an express option and to provide you with a quote. If you are happy, we will issue you will an invoice and once payment is received we will dispatch your item.

 
Live Local to us?

If you live within the borough of Enfield, Cheshunt or Cuffley and you spend over £30 we can deliver your order locally for no extra charge. Please email us office@cottonandpearl.com to request this as we require at least 24 hours’ notice for this option. Enter LOCALCP at checkout for this and follow up with an email to us and we will allocate a delivery date and time.

 
International shipping

If you would like your order delivered overseas, please email us on office@cottonandpearl.com with the items you would like to order and the address. We will then obtain the most competitive price for postage and reply with a quote for you to consider. If you would like to proceed, once payment is kindly received we will dispatch your order.

Bank Holidays and Christmas delivery

This may delay parcels reaching you within our 2-3 day service. If you know you require your order before a specific date, please email us before placing your order at office@cottonandpearl.com and we can advise on timeframes.

 
When will my order be dispatched?

If your product is in stock, we will process and dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving payment (if we receive your order on the weekend we will process it on Monday morning).

 
Please ensure you add our email office@cottonandpearl.com to your trusted contacts. This will ensure you receive our email communication. If you have contacted us and haven’t received a reply, please check your spam or trash account (this has happened occasionally).

 

 

Returns and Exchanges

We hope you’ll love your order but if you don’t you can return any item within 21 days of receipt provided that the product(S) are returned complete and in perfect condition. The product(s) must be unused and in original packaging.

Method for return:

  • Please ensure you email us at office@cottonandpearl.com with your name, contact details and information on what you would like to return

  • Once we have received your email we will reply as soon as possible with further information on where to return the product and packing instructions

  • Once we have received the returned items and are satisfied they uphold our returns policy we will refund you for the value of the product via the method you used to pay (for example by card or paypal). If you requested an exchange we will arrange this, inform you and dispatch as agreed in our email correspondence

  • Please note that we are unable to refund postage charges

 
Christmas returns

If you are purchasing something from us for a Christmas gift please just email us to let us know and we can extend the return policy.

 

Faulty product

At Cotton and Pearl we are proud of the high-quality products we provide but we know that sometimes on a rare occasion there may be an issue with a faulty product.

Steps to take if you receive a faulty product

  • Please contact us office@cottonandpearl.com within 14 days of purchase (provide your name, contact details, information on the faulty product/what the issue is)

  • We can discuss the best way forward, either issue a refund or arrange to send a new replacement

  • We will advise on whether you need to return the faulty item or not (sometimes this can be a requirement of our suppliers)

  • We are always helpful and reply quickly and understand it can be frustrating so we aim to action any requirements as soon as possible
